The cause of one of the two fires was purely electrical, with a rodent that had chewed through electrical wiring in the attic. Unfortunately, both users lost most of their belongings in the fires (though no people were harmed), and that included gaming PCs. We just rebuilt them, upgrading both users' CPUs and flying in Rob Teller, formerly of Hyte, to give us stories of the industry while assisting in the rebuild process. Having your replacement PC built by the designer of the very case it's in is a rarity. During the process, we dissect the fire damage.
