The Binding of Isaac: Repentance - The Beast (The Lost): Lotus Prince Presents
The pill "I'm drowsy" slows everything down. I had multiple lives, which, on the final boss, means I respawn immediately instead of in the previous room. Also, the fuse cutters prevent bombs from going off, and in regular rooms, turn them into pickups. That's why War's bombs did nothing. Whew!
